Carob Peanut Butter Pie
- pie dish
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 cups carob chips
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup smooth natural peanut butter
- Blend ingredients (except peanut butter) for two minutes until smooth.
- Add peanut butter while still blending.
- Pour into pie shell (precooked) and freeze. If desired top with chopped nuts
- Take out of freezer about 10 minutes before serving.
